Art Club- Please come to Art Club today if you have participated and want to be part of the yearbook photo.

 

Literature Club- Do you like to write? Then come to Literature Club. Lit club is a safe space for writers of all levels to share stories and offer critique! Come to Ms. Hassan's room, H-51, every Friday at lunch.

 

Harper Musical- Join us TONIGHT and TOMORROW evening as students of Harper Drama present “Freaky Friday the Musical.” The show starts at 7pm and donations are accepted at the door. Seating is on first come first serve basis. Come and join the fun.

 

DSHS Classes- Hey Huskies! Remember, your classes for next year are due next Wednesday, March 13th. Classes should be entered in the online portal by Monday, March 11th. If you have not done it and need help, please see Mrs. Simon-Carlson.

 

DSHS Course Selection Help- Hey 9th grade Huskies! If you need help choosing classes or entering your classes online, please see Mrs. Simon-Carlson. She will be available to 9th grade students, this Monday during lunch in the computer lab. Remember, classes must be entered online by Monday.

Attention Parents and Guardians of 9th grade students!  On Tuesday, March 12 – Harper Jr High will be hosting a College Night in which speakers from UC Davis, Sac State, local community colleges, and many more will be conducting workshops for you to learn more about college options, requirements, financial aid and more!  This event is free and is open to both parents and students.  Sessions will be given in both English and Spanish. If you would like to attend, please read the attached invite to learn more about the sessions and RSVP on the provided Google Form.  If you have any questions, please contact jfung@djusd.net.  Hope to see you there!

Academic Talent Search test on 3/7!

Is your child interested in getting a taste of the college experience? Academic Talent Search (ATS) offers exciting summer courses at Sac State like All the World's a Stage, Escape Room Math, Video Game Development, Messy Science, and many others. To join these interactive and hands on classes, students need to take the ATS Qualifying Exam, which will be offered at Holmes on Thursday, March 7th after school.
