Report a Probable or Possible COVID-19 Case

In order to quickly manage cases of possible infection in our community, we have added an email address that staff and families can email to report a positive or probable case of COVID-19. Please include your full name, school site or department, and a phone number to reach you. You should receive a response back from the District within one business day.  In case of a delayed response time, please also cc our attendance secretary and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

In order to maintain the health of district staff and students, do not enter a DJUSD facility if you feel you have symptoms of COVID-19, have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive, or you are waiting for your test result. You must contact the COVID-19 reporting email and receive clearance before entering district property. Contact your health provider or the email above if you have additional health questions.
