Mental Health Support Survey:
We are eligible for a grant through the County to help support the mental health of our students and staff. As part of the process for receiving this grant, we need to assess the needs of our students, staff and families. You are the best resource we have to identify the behavioral health strengths and needs of youth in our school and neighborhood. To help us understand the local needs better, we are asking you to fill out the following survey. The information you provide will be confidential and will help us develop additional programs and/or system improvements. Thank you for your help with this!
